Arundel Inspection Services was started by Timothy A. Marshall in July of 2009. Tim Marshall has over 29 years of experience in the elevator industry and saw an opportunity to provide a service unmatched by competitors. AIS started with only two employees, but we have grown to include nine employees including inspectors and office staff.
Arundel Inspection Services, L.L.C. has two divisions. Elevator Consulting and Third-Party inspection Services.
We offer full-service Elevator and Escalator Consulting Services. Specializing in Modernizations, Maintenance Evaluations and Traffic Analysis. Proper maintenance is essential for safe and reliable operation. We are based out of the Baltimore Washington Metropolitan area but will travel anywhere our services are required. We currently have contracts from as North as Boston, South to Miami and West to Cincinnati.
Our inspectors have over 110 years of combined experience. They know the elevator industry from every aspect. They each have extensive knowledge of the elevator industry and long relationships with company’s performing maintenance service and the state inspection authority. Each of our inspectors are Qualified Elevator Inspectors that are certified by the states of MD, DC, PA, WV and VA.
