| Mike has enjoyed a rewarding 40-year career in the elevator industry. After graduating from Ohio Wesleyan University in 1983, Mike started his elevator industry career at Westinghouse Elevator Company in their service and modernization department in Los Angeles, CA. In 1988, Mike decided he was ready for more opportunity, so he went to work in new construction and service sales at Fujitec Elevator in LA. In 1992, Mike took a branch manager position with Fujitec in Northeast Texas region. In 1998, Mike made the decision to go to work for Mitsubishi Elevator at their USA headquarters. From 1998 to 2018, Mike held various leadership positions including Sales, Marketing and Project Management. From 2014, Mike took on the roles of National Sales and Marketing Director until his early retirement . In 2019, Mike formed DPO Consulting-Vertical Transportation, a boutique-style consulting firm specialized in ground up commercial, multifamily residential, senior living, high end retail, and university vertical campus projects as well as existing service portfolio, due diligence and traffic analysis work. |
