Mr. Guest is responsible for project management and design of elevator, escalator and moving walk systems, material lifts and related equipment. His areas of expertise include the design of new elevator systems, elevator modernization and renovation, the Americans with Disabilities Act as it relates to vertical transportation, safety and performance enhancements, along with quality control programs, due diligence and code compliance surveys. He has been involved with design consulting and a part of the elevator industry for more than 36 years and has a thorough understanding of what is required to design and complete projects in a timely manner.
